Hi,
A friend of mine has recently got an Okta Touch and likes it very much, but he's experiencing a problem when he uses Active Sync with it.
Every time he connects it to Active Sync it reverts the time on the device back an hour. His local PC is displaying the correct time but the Touch keeps getting put back an hour.

Does anyone know if a fix?

Cheers,

Ty

Make sure the PC, Outlook and the Pocket PC are all updated. Install the update for Windows Mobile from this page: www.microsoft.co.nz/timezone and follow the instructions - there's an important bit that requires the Pocket PC to be changed to another timezone and then changed back. If this is not done things won't work.
