I wish to install Palm Desktop, Hotsync and Outlook conduits onto a new PC. I appear to have lost my T3's PC software CD - I still have the Mac disc, but that doesn't help. I have the latest desktop software off the 'net, as well as the Outlook conduit update. The problem is that the Outlook Conduit update requires the original Outlook conduits be installed.

I tried to do things the "right" way by emailing Palm's support, asking if there was somewhere I could officially download the conduits from. Their response was no - just hotsync with the palm desktop.

So now to try things the "wrong" way :)

Is there a T3 owner out there who can lend me their T3's PC installation disc so that I can install the original Outlook conduits for T3 software.

Alternatively does anyone know where I might download this software.

Cheers,
Fergy

Never mind. I found a solution.

For reference you need the file OutlookSwitcher.exe (google is your friend).

Install the latest desktop downloaded from Palm
Run OutlookSwitcher
Install The Latest OutlookConduit update also from Palm.
