My phone froze up this morning while loading the Xnet home page so I hit the reset button.  From there, it went into the Treo loading screen then into the Windows Mobile splash screen and played the chimes sound.  Unfortunately, that's where it's stopped. 

I have tried soft resets, removing the battery for a period of time, and even a hard reset (although without erasing my data) and the same has happened each time.  While it is powered up, anyone who rings does get a ringtone (i.e. not going straight to voicemail) so the network must see it but no joy on the phone. 

Can anyone help please?
