I installed Teksoft Skybox, which I didn't like.

I removed it using settings/remove programs. But now it keeps coming back and I hate it.

How can I remove it and it's folder permanently? I triedto use the explore function via active synch, but it doesn't let me because the folder is in use.

Thanks

hmm make sure you back up your contacts, as this will bring factory settings ... hold the Red and Green buttons and then soft-reset while holding the red and green buttons, very last resort

THanks - think I got it sorted though.

Reinstalled, then deleted again and removed the folders via the device.
