Hello all,

Does anybody know where the IPAQ stores which web browser is the 'default'?
eg - in Cirond's (excellent) pocketwinc, there is a button to launch a web browser. Mine always starts up Pocket IE, whereas I would prefer it to use my ftxPbrowser.

Cheers,
Bryan

Send private message

Check to see if the browser options allow you to set it as the default browser.

You could try changing the following registry entry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htmlfile\Shell\Open\Command\

Substitute the full path of your browser for "iexplore.exe."
