Hi Everyone

Hp Rx3715 - Activesync 3.7.1

Just upgraded to Xp SP2 and now when it connects (Via Cradle) and looks for changes
It gets about half way down the list, Then the program drops to the sys tray
And will not synch at all

I am not using the windows firewall or AV instead Norton progs and had no problem before


Anyone else got this and overcome it

I would suggest that u uninstall MS Active sync, remove the USB cable and reboot,then reinstall Active sync and then re-plug your cradle with PocketPC on.

Had the same problem, Maybe it will work for you.
