does anyone know of a product that I can use to take remote control of a PPC device. I know that I can use a PPC device to remote control a PC, but I want the other way round...

Example:
a field manager has a PPC device and calls into the support desk with a problem. Support staff would like to toruble shoot the PPC device by remote control...

Thanks!

You probably should look at SOTI Pocket Controller then...

Hi,

You could also try dotPocket (www.dotpocket.com). I've just downloaded a trial tonight and used it to control my IPAQ (PocketPC 2003) from my desktop. It takes a bit of getting used to holding the left mouse button instead of a stylus press, but it makes data entry MUCH easier!

cheers
Megan

Another option is the free Remote Control Display power toy, by Microsoft.
