Hi all.. a real nube here - took ages to find out how to put a msg in here lol

Anyways, I've just got a new Harrier and spent the weekend loading it with info from a Psion series 5mx, my 027 phone and Outlook - what a frikken mission!
But I am wrapt with result !!!!

My query is I downloaded a lot of wallpapers from the msoft site - they are all .tsk files.
What is the process to get them over to Harrier please. Any help would be appreciated.

Also - is anyone using car hands free kit with Harrier yet - if so what brand is it please?

Cheers

Hi there,

The .TSK files are themes and include a colour scheme etc. To get one working on your harrier you need to do the following:

1) Copy the .TSK file to your Harrier - you can do this by using file synchronization (i.e. put the .tsk file in your "Pocket PC My Documents" folder where Pocket PC is the name of your device. Next time you sync the device the file will be copied to the device
2) Tap Start -> Settings and tap the "Today" applet
3) Select the theme from the list.

Regarding a handsfree kit, I dont have one, but I simply use a Logitech bluetooth headset. It will work in the car or anywhere else - as long as you are within around 10 meters of the harrer it works fine.

The official car kit for the Harrier has not been released here yet, but anything you find that works with the iMate PDA2k will work with the Harrier.

Cheers
D

I picked up a hard wired (power only) cradle for the Harrier from a Telecom dealer (Leading Edge Communications) in Manukau City. Also added a BT carkit (HCB-300) from Parallel Imported. Nice combo. The warranty arrangement with Expansys is a worry as you have to deal direct with the manufacturer.

$180 inc GST. The product code was HARFKIT and it's branded "Clic On" and made in Sweden.

Cheers
