Hey there,

I recently received an N95 and I've been unable to download the Kiwibank Mobile. I go to download application in the txt provided, follow through and get "Certificate Error, Contact Application Provider".

If it makes a difference, i used the "fca00000" method to install unsigned applications on my phone

Can you please describe the problem in more detail; Are you downloading the actual app or the phone compatibility test app?

Both produce the same error. I've tried completely unpairing my phone + phone number with Kiwibank's mbanking system and it still gives me an error saying i cannot install the application due to a certificate error. I've thought about calling up Kiwibank but I have this feeling they'll just tell me to do that again :P

Your phone is not listed on compatible handset list (http://www.kiwibank.co.nz/mobilebanking/compatible.html) and I am aware of issues with the applets and the Symbian Series 60 3rd edition phones. Kiwibank is working on this.

In the meantime you could use the mobile internet banking site located at http://www.kiwibank.co.nz/mobile/

Please note, I am not an employee or representative of Kiwibank, but have been in contact with their Mobile Channel Manager regarding this issue and my Nokia 6121c.
