Interested to know how many users of QTEK 1010 are around New Zealand and Australia. Vodafone distributed these phones here.

Now that Windows Mobile 2003 (Pocket PC OS) is out, and Microsoft says the OS was sent to the O&Ms, how long to wait before Vodafone or others release the update?

You might want to visit Dangaard for some of this info.

Try the ROM Upgrades Forum at http://www.XDA-Developers.com for general information on PPCPE 2003 upgrading.

Try this link (http://www.pocketpcpassion.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33678) for specific information on updating to the 02 PPCPE2003 beta. Of course, the radio stack updating instructions is only appropriate for North American XDA users.

Please beware that this update is unofficial, so if you "hose-up" your XDA, you are completely on your own.

Good luck.

Occassionally it misses calls, there is an update available for the Radio Stack, Vodafone should be able to assist in pointing you in the right direction for the update.

Hello, Sohail. So far I haven't seen any manufacturer doing upgrades on QTEK 1010. O2 sent an e-mail telling users that the XDA will not have an upgrade (at least in Asia), so I wouldn't count on this from other operators/distributors.
