Liza,

You can download documentation for your device from...

http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/handheldiPAQ/us/locate/71_2591.html

If you don't have a wall charger or a USB cradle you can purchase those from this site. The charger is $16.00 US and the USB cradle is $22.00 US...

http://www.pdasmart.com/ipaqparts3600.htm

There may be other sites that sell these as well...including the Expansys site...

http://www.expansys.com/

I keep my iPAQ in the USB cradle while at home and overnight where it automatically charges. While travelling I bring an extra wall charger so I can keep a charge on my iPAQ overnight in hotels, etc...

You should be very careful and NOT let your device battery run down completely. You will...

1. Likely damage the battery.
2. LOOSE all of your data and installed programs on the device.

Remember....BACKUP...BACKUP...BACKUP...

Good luck and enjoy...
