I was wondering if it's possible, either with the version of Outlook in Pocket Windows or with a third party utiliity, to setup Outlook to access POP3 accounts? I usually automatically check three POP accounts from my PC's Outlook. Can this be achieved from my PDA as well?

Thank you in advance.

You can configure Pocket Outlook to access POP3 and IMAP servers. Open the Inbox and tap Accounts. The New Account item will guide you through the configuration steps. After you have finished, establish a connection (either place the Pocket PC in the cradle, or via Wi-Fi or via Bluetooth), and tap the Send/Receive icon (the last icon).

You can configure it to check e-mails periodically, but this will establish a connection - so only do it if you're sure there will be one.

If you need different POP3 and SMTP servers, a more flexible Send/Receive control and HTML e-mails then a better solution is WebIS Mail.

Thank you Mauricio. I'll try out both methods you suggest and get back with my thumbs up... or down.
