Can recieve emails using Bluetooth but cannot send or reply...any suggestions. I have talked to HP and they cannot help

You need to use a smtp server that is visible from your Internet connection. Probably your ISP does not allow other networks to access the SMTP service, thus you can't reply or forward.

If this is the case (and onyl you can confirm this), then you could use other options, like http://www.smtp.com that offers the service for a fee.
