anyone knows why a N6600 when in edit mode (sms, contacts, etc) writes only numbers?
for some reason the numeric keyboard is locked at all times.

I know this can be done temporarily from the writing options menu (the key with the pencil) but after exiting the edit session, functionality gets back to normal.

Also, the above key with the pencil is dead --no menu comes up

Any ideas will be appreciated
