Hi. I have an iPac 3955. I am trying to connect to my home PC, but everytime I try to "Get Connected" it comes up with a box saying that "your device was not detected". I have it connected thru a USB port. I tried both ports on the back and both on the front. The iPac is charging so I don't think it is the cradle. About two months ago it worked great. I was able to upload and download back and forth between the two PC units. Does anyone have any suggesttions? Thanks for your time.

Have you tried a simple soft reset on your device? And how much memory is available?
