(1) it seems to me that pda2k has a really low volume. Is there any way to increase the volume

(2) We cannot use normal head phones with Pda2k. Is there any accessory that i can use to plug my head phones into pda2k

1) Yes, this is one of the limitations of the PDA2k- the Audio's certainly not as good as a dedicated device like an Ipod. Then again- the Ipod isn't a phone/pc/camera etc. I found the Audio improved a bit when I loaded the updated 1.22 rom from i-mate, it's still not great but it's useable.

2) Expansys have a dual adaptor that allows you to use the supplied 2.5mm headset and a 3.5mm one. http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=PPCPADPT16
There's also a much simpler single converter

Interesting

I have a 2nd hand O2 XDA 11 which is equiv to an Imate PPC
I find the volume excellent and Im slightly deaf.
The speaker plays excellent volume for Mp3's
I have just purchased Imate Stereo headphones/hands free kit and the volume in that is excellent.
I have also tried a Motorola HS 801 bluetootjh headset for handsfree and that was fine too
