I had downloaded a Netfront file, but it came out in .sis format.

Can I install this .sis in my imate PPC phone edition

Files with .sis extension are for Symbian devices, not Windows Mobile. Also Netfront is only distributed as a installer that you must run on your desktop. It is available here.
