i have an orange SPVC-500 smartphone, i am trying to sync it with my pc by installing outlook using the companion cd it came with, i followed the instructions to the letter, it said install outlook without connecting the phone, after it has installed, restart the pc, after that connect the phone and the pc will detect the new software and open a wizarrd windowto complete the process, this hasnt happened and i have no idea why, any ideas anyone?
