First off, you guys are the best and have always provided me with the information I need. I just wish I was not such a Tech Junkie when it comes to phones/PDA's, and that the U.S. Market had some customer service people that had half a brain and weren't so far behind the communications curve.

I just bought a Qtek S100 and it has been great, until the last 2 weeks or so. Two issues: 1. Very long delay in connecting to the incoming phone call.
2. Can't connect to my Cingular (USA) via GPRS Modem all of a sudden to check mail or browse. Absolutely sure my setting are correct, per Cinglular Data Service any way.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

Kevin

p.s. Any on-line support from Qtek in English?? I can only find Swedesh, though I am of Swedesh heritage, can't speak a word.

sorry to hear you are having so many issues.

If your device was working ok and you changed nothing it may to check with your service provider to make sure your account is in order and they are having no issues.

All i could find was this link:

http://www.expansys-usa.com/ do a search on s100

A whole pile of support info

http://www.expansys.com.hk/forum.asp?code=QTEK_S100

http://www.qtek.ch/SupportEN.htm

hope this helps

Thanks!! Actually I did a Hard Reset, and voila, it works again. Perfectly. Guess all of the Microsoft stuff just needs a "Reboot" from time to time. Thanks for your assistance, suggesitons, and the links as well. All the best!!

A hard reset, or a soft reset?

I soft reset my device about once a week as a preventative measure... (HTC Harrier)
