Can anyone help me? I have an IPAQ 3975 but haven't got the software to sync etc with my laptop.... Does anyone know where/if there is a site I can download the software. I have had a look at some sites and they have bits to download but I am not sure what I need to download!! Any suggestions gratefully received Thanks Stubob

Welcome to Geekzone...

You only need ActiveSync, free download from Microsoft.

You also need Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express), since ActiveSync can only synchronise with this software. Both come with on a CD with your device. If you already have Microsoft Outlook on your computer, then it will work fine.
