Can anyone help me set up a Tungsten E2 so it synchronises with Outlook email on Microsoft Exchange?
I know Chapura used to be the way to make this happen, but from what I can see, it should be able to be done without Chapura now. I've loaded VersaMail on to the Palm device and it asks me for POP and SMTP settings (which I don't think are relevant) and I filled out the required Custom fields in hotsync manager, but still no go.
It doesn't give me error messages or anything; it just doesn't synch.
I have contacts and calendar synching okay.
Why are these things so HARD?

Are you trying to sycn wirelessly straight into the Server? or just syncing via cable to your local machine? If its the former then I think Dataviz's Inbox to Go should help you out as Activsync isn't built into the Tungsten E2 as its is on the T|X, LifeDrive & Treo 650.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I'm trying to synch via cable to the local machine.
However it's fixed now. I was setting it to synch to Exchange, when I should have been synching it to "Outlook 97 or Higher". It's easy when you ask a techy friend!
