Welcome to Geekzone... Are you able to ping a site, such as www.wired.com (if not blocked in China?) or any other site?

I have the impression the Blazer proxy was discontinued so any access through Blazer will not work anywhere in the world?

Ok, so if Blazer is working for you when using Wi-Fi, then the GPRS connection is faulty somewhere. You will have to find if your China Mobile account allows GPRS use, and if your phone is correctly configured. Then check in our Bluetooth Guides how to connect the phone.

You might have to enter a Init string on your Palm, you should try using +CGDCONT=1,"IP","cmnet".

You have to open Prefs | Connections and change the init string there:

Of course you have to use the init string appropriate to your operator, which I think I posted before in this thread.
