Id like to upgrade ROM what is best WM 6.5 or 7 ?  can I even go to 7?
Im on vodafone if that makes any difference.

A location to obtain the upgrade would be good to as i tried to search for it and it wasnt downloadable ?

See http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=391 for custom winmo6.5 ROMS for the HTC Touch. (I assume you have the CDMA touch)

You won't be able to run 7 on any existing phones. (Well, you might be able to, but definitely not the touch)
