IPAQ 6365 says 1GB SD Card is full when trying to save data or add software to card. But card is only 11% full when checked in card reader. Any suggestions to remedy issue?

that would be an ecumenical matter

The card is probably formatted with the FAT system and you have all your files in the root folder?

The FAT system has a limit on the number of files on the root folder. You can either reformat using FAT32 (the card will work on Pocket PC but may not work in digital cameras) or use folders to store your files. You can create a My documents for example and use it.
