Hi,
I want to develop a dialer application for i-mate jasjar pocket PC. For this, i have to communicate with GSM Module using AT commands. Can some one let me know which COM port i need to use to access GSM and the port settings.

If there is any port, do i have to access to use that port for my application...?

Thanks in advance,
Pramod.

You will find very good information in the Windows Mobile SDK (Windows Mobile SDK information, VS 2005 90 day demo).

You can also get some sample code from the OpenNETCF.org.
