I can access Ovi store and download free apps perfectly... But cannot get any 'paid' apps.

I get a message saying "Server error We are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page."

There was a small amount of time where I was able to download paid apps... I paid and downloaded JoikuSpot and it works fine. But then I started to get this message again... And it has never stopped coming up.

So... Does anyone know when Ovi store will be accepting payments again?
