I got a new BB 7520 same model as my previous (went bad).  Now when I try my registration key for Inept Gambler, it says its invalid.  I have a new product number on my phone, but I've added the phone to my account.  Why is the key not working? It worked on my old phone.

It could be that it is using a different PIN? Some programs are locked to a device's number. Other than this, I suggest you contact the developers directly.
