After more than 10 years of Palming I have now moved(why???) to PPC and bought the Axim X51v.

Does anyone know why I can't use the Axim to diall from cintacts to my cell? (Motorola E1000, UMTS). I can
use the cell as a modem for internet/mails but not for dialling.
Is it essential to upgrade the OS (WM5) as Dell recommends?
Occasionally the Axim crashes (blared sceen) and I have to soft reset it.
