The memory on the C drive of my 5800 had become severely depleted with no obvious data taking up the space.  Google research and information from the Nokia Forums indicated the only option was to do a hard reset.

After backing up the C drive I did the hard reset and backup restore which went pretty well with just the odd setting need to be changed, the biggest one being the accesses for WLAN's that I use.

There were a couple of apps that disappeared, I was able to reinstall them from the original files that I got when the apps were downloaded/purchased, except for QuickOffice.

QuickOffice premium had been purchased through Ovi Store and apparently you are supposed to be able to go the to "My Stuff" section and be able to download the paid apps again without having to pay.  In my case this would not work for some reason.

On Saturday about 9:30 pm I filled out the contact form on the Ovi support page.  Within 24 hours I had an email reply asking for details of my purchase, then another email today telling me the issue had been escalated and to expect a phone call, which I did a few hours later.  After a quick chat and verfication of my mobile number I was sent a link to download the Premiuim version of QuickOffice.  Once again I have a full working version of Quick Office.  :)

I think this is pretty good service sorting out an issue like this, over a weekend to boot and things fixed within 48 hours.  It was prompt and personal.  Thank you Nokia and Ovi Store.  Well Done!!!!!!!!
