I was playing on my ppc (3835) when i dropped it from only a foot high onto carpet. I tried to turn it on but it wouldnt. I put it in its cradle and it flashed on then went off. Now it wont turn on for anything . Any advice?

Could be the internal that battery has been moved out of its location? Have you tried a software reset as a start?
