wow...


so location based service is still the best way to go... damn.. my country is not into gps so i have to stick with cell id based applications... how does time of arrival work? does the phone company have to support this method?

what do you mean your country is not into GPS?

GPS is satellites covering (pretty much) the entire planet, and is not country specific.

GPS relies on nothing on the ground.

ok.. maybe that's not the right term or phrase for it... there are only a few softwares that supports or have a map of our country.. and it's pretty expensive to have a gps device... it's not common either... not many are experienced in gps...
