You will have to look for a distribution that works with this Pocket PC. I think the familiar distribution can be a start.

But I do not recommend you do this if you are not sure or aware of the risks. Once you do this it will be somewhat hard to go back and you can ended up with a non-working device. Also the Linux distributions for Pocket PC do not have the phone part implemented so you won't have a phone anymore.

You will have to find some way to synchronise data, etc. This is not supported by HP and pretty much you are on your own.
