Anyone can help me to explain step by step how to pair and also troubleshoot?
When I tried to pair, my Z530i coulc not be recognized by iPAQ 1940.

The best way to pair is from your iPaq, which I suppose you are doing? The reason for that is because there are no services on the Pocket PC that your phone can use, but rather the other way around.

I have an SE Z520i which is possibly somewhat similar to your phone. Have you checked that you've made your phone visible as well as turning on bluetooth? This is something I overlooked when I first tried to pair the devices.
