I heard we are due for a big download getting the game ready for the expansion, yeah well unless im reading it wrong but it states: Downloading WoW-4.3.3.14354 to 4.3.4.15595 patch 17GB of 21GB about 58hrs! Yikes!

I had to download from an Internet café, so that my usual data cap wouldn't be over the monthly limit. TelstraClear's performance is decent, but its data caps have lagged behind the others.

I think, though, if you already have Cataclysm installed, it only has to download the Pandaria patch, which is closer to about 7GB.

Something is definitely set up wrong if it's saying 58 hours; my connection isn't the best but it only took 2-3 hours.

Youll prob find that the 58hrs is assuming you need the full package, once it gets part way into the download, itll probably notice what you already have and drop down to the smaller amount.

Blizzard quality at its finest though; I got up, clicked the Launcher, then had a shower while it chugged along. I got back and was greeted with a big banner saying "Patch 5.0.4 is now live!" ... but can't log in because the servers are not in fact live yet.

Then I checked the armoury and apparently my shaman's offspec is Subtlety. This'll be interesting ;)
