Have a handful of games bought from the UK, work fine local play on my NZ XBox 360
Wondering if I can use my NZ XBox live account to play online
Also is the DLC region free?

DLC on Xbox 360 is not region free. DLC on Xbox One is region free. Yes you can use your NZ Xbox Live account to play those UK games online/multiplayer.
