My XBox One 500GB power supply is making the annoying whirring fan sound after copious amounts of use thanks to RDR2.

Naturally, I went to TradeMe and grabbed a $20 brick as a replacement, however all I get is a 'beep' and nothing else when I attempt to turn my console on.

Nuts.

Can anyone recommend an aftermarket power brick that they know works?

If I could buy a genuine Microsoft one I would have... but I can't, so, well naturally I haven't.

My XBox is working perfectly, but the power supply 'ticking / whirring' is driving me slowly insane.

Thoughts? Experiences?
