Game Pass has PC and Xbox versions of the same games - not all of them, but a good number.  Also you can stream your Xbox to your Windows 10 PC via your home network.

You can stream Xbox One to PC via Win 10, or else the Play Anywhere games will install and run on PC and Xbox - but they have to be purchased as a digital copy - physical copies don't work. (As I found out)
