Sign up was easy but unable to play any games as fail the 'connection test'. My PC is on Ethernet to a Spark 100/20 fibre connection... Anyone else have any luck?

You say "worldwide" but I saw this a couple of days ago and before posting here I tried to register - to be told Google Stadia is not available in New Zealand.
So, not really a bargain?

No VPN. NZ credit card. Location sharing turned on. Auckland address set to 'Home' in Google maps. Can only think that I used to live in the UK but that was over 8 years ago but don't see anything in my profile.

Interestingly, I noticed that Stadia doesn't work with GSuite account:

I suspect your Google Apps billing address is in the US?
I manage a couple of G-Suite account and Stadia is not listed as a service to switch on for the domains.
