Xbox login screen freeze -

Xbox Controller will start xbox one s and then the Who is Playing Page freezes and will not take any input.

Would be great if someone could suggest what the issue is and if there is a fix or replacement needed.

Since it's right after start up have you swapped out the batteries for new ones?

Or tried physically power cycling the console?

I would complete power off the Xbox then re-power. I had a similar issue with Gears of War and the only fix was re-powering.

Did the power off, re-seated all cables and she came right.
