Well since I got my new pc Ive been catching up on some games Dragon Age is one and all I can say is Wow! I only wish I had brought the Ultimate edition instead of the Collectors edition. With the collectors the free DLC and extra character & Dragon Armor that can be used for Mass Effect 2 is no longer is valid, expired April 2010 but of course the seller doesn't mention it yet makes sure the DLC info is posted on his auction!

Anyways this is a great game. Played NWN1 and expansions was the last by bioware so Dragon Age is a huge jump for me.

From a readers' Q and A column in TV GUIDE: "If we get involved in a nuclear war, would the electromagnetic pulses from exploding bombs damage my videotapes?"

Just got it this morning. Is the game better if you download those patches etc??
Oh and yes the game is awesome :)

Awakenings is a decent add-on with some new characters, spells, & runecasting etc. Pretty cheap now $29.99 delivered.

Pretty easy to make money with potions on the first one without cheating, slow to start but eventually as you can make more mana potions, you can make more money and buy more mats and increase your profits. Depending on how long you want to spend on it, you can coin it in. Or you can just use the merchant double-sell exploit to make a ton of cash.

Looking forward to DAOII sometime this year. The fight trailer was stonking. Although the trailer for DAO was also very good and not really indicative of the game itself but at least I will know what to expect.

I've recently started playing on xbox. I'm playing as an Elven Mage, and find that when I attack I get all the enemies rushing me rather than my party...Gets a bit frustrating at times. But other than that its a pretty awesome game.
