Hi NZ ME3 PC players - if you're interested in playing the multiplayer component (Galaxy at War) and want to avoid connecting to international players (to avoid latency), please feel free to post your Origin ID here so that we can all connect. You could also include your city/ISP if you want to keep latancy as low as possible. Cheers, and hope to connect to other ME3 gamers out there.

Origin ID: doublehell
ISP: Orcon
City: Auckland

Creaming the Bronze games, tried one silver but got owned.. guess i need to spend alot more time getting the Spectre packs but they aint cheap! The recruit pack doesn't seem to want to upgrade the gun that I use & the packs I used Bioware points for give you what you don't want!! annoying!

Have the Battlefield 3 soldier at level 19. Running arround with the Matlock Assualt Rifle - feels like a sniper rifle with a full clip. No Spray & Pray which I find alot better. Only up to the third upgrade on it, seem to have all the weapons I don't want getting upgraded to level 7 - 8.

My Sentinel is at level 6 - I haven't had much luck on bronze, but I've ben soloing, so it's taking a while to level up. Still using an unmodded Avenger :)

I've added you to my origin list - might catch up with you in game sometime! It's hard to find lower leveled characters to play with, everyone seems to be level 16 or more.

How come you have been soloing? You get lots of xp just doing quick match's. All the xp is pooled and split evenly. Usual haul is 120k xp & about 16k credits

Keen to do some with you!

I haven't had much luck joining a game - usually get inserted midway in a late wave and get my butt kicked very quickly (just a casual gamer), or I get dropped from a game.

I'll keep an eye out for you :)

That sucks, Most games I get are from the start.

Big tip is to stick with your team so they can revive you if you die. Oh and use alot of cover if you get hurt quickly!

I think i've only had 1 fail on bronze out of all my games so I must be lucky

Well i've now got the game...   but it's that origin dejavu issue again.

"unable to activate through origin"  , "we've noticed you're currently offline"

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

That sucks - are you able to log in to origin via EA's web site or on the bioware social network? The website login should be the same on both.

I know EA's auth servers don't accept connections if you have enabed ECN on your TCP stack. You can check by opening a command prompt and entering "netsh int tcp show global". That will tell you if ECN in enabled or disabled. It's disabled by default, so unless you or someone else has changed it, it shouldn't be a problem.

Good luck, and give us a ping when you're set up and we can get some MP action going.

No problems with logging into Bioware or EA's own website.

ECN is off be default

Just unable to activate that is all.   Not entirely keen on calling their helpdesk either @ a rate of 1.50/min

Try their online help chat, https://help.ea.com/connect-with-us, with luck you can connect to the helpdesk quickly.

Yeah I've been through that several times...  odd that there's no option for me to have a live chat only through email.

Does yours have a prompt for both?

The Origin client points me to help.ea.com, or to the "talk to a game advisor" page where you start a live chat. No email support option that I can see.

Just wondering - on the Origin client, are you able to set yourself as online/away/invisible?

Try adding me as a friend using my Origin ID (doublehell) - see if that's working

Classic...customer in NZ, pretending to be in the US, chatting to EA's helpdesk in India.
