About to hop on the VDSL2 bandwagon when I move houses at the end of the month. The house is not yet in the UFB zone (boo!) but is good for VDSL2 (yay!). Spoke with Snap Internet to arrange the connection, but don't want to pay through the nose for a VDSL2 modem that will essentially be used as a bridge to my much more capable router/firewall. I've read reviews of the ZyXEL touting it as the best bang-for-buck modem to get, but I'm a fan of DrayTek, having used a Vigor 120 without any hiccups for the past 3-4 years for ADSL2+.

Can anyone comment on either?

Am inclined to go with the DrayTek at the moment.
