Hi there.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting ports 27000-27037 open. See attached images.

I am having this trouble.

The game's tech support people told me to make sure I have opened the ports steam recommends me to keep open.

So I tried this

But I still get this message when I test the port! Infuriating.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Can someone please help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Does your game support uPNP?  If so, I would delete your port forwards and use that instead.  Everything is automatic when using uPNP.  You could also consider giving your router a reboot in case it has got into a sick state.
