Help, I have followed all the guides but I am getting no where

I have 2 pcs and 1 laptop.

pc 1 has an ethernet card and a belkin usb device.
pc 2 has an ethernet card and can connect fine to the internet
laptop 1 has a hp bluetooth card

I have changed the settings so many times this is what they currently are (I will forget pc

2 as this is connecting fine to the internet)

pc 1 has a network bridge which has the ethernet card and bluetooth.
The settings are as follows
IP address 192.168.0.1
Gateway 192.168.0.1
DNS server 192.168.0.1

Laptop 1 has a bluetoothnullconnection with settings
ip address 192.168.0.3
DNS server 192.168.0.1

The machines manage to connect ok but when I look at the data flow the laptop sends loads of

information but nothing is returned.
I have tried disabling Nortan firewall but that doesnt make any difference.
If laptop1 is set to obtain ip address automatically it doesnt register on the network.

Can anybody steer me in the right direction.

First thing to do is set Symantec NIS to not to start with Windows. Then change your Bluetooth adapter on pc1 to have your ISP actual DNS address, not 192.168.0.1 (note that you'll leave its IP address as 192.168.0.1 though).

Then, set the laptop to get all info automatically. Connect. If connection is ok, try doing a ping to 209.202.221.21. If you get a reply the network is working. Then try ping www.wired.com.

Most important, make sure Norton does not start when you boot your computer.
