I loaded the software per your instructions and all is well but when i try to pair the phone keep asking me for passkey.
I don't know the passkey.Can it be reset? Please help.

Welcome to Geekzone... The passkey is defined by yourself, unless the device comes with a predefined one. On mobile phones you can enter your own choice of passkey, which you will enter on the other device (PC or PDA). For headsets there is a default passkey, generally 0000 or 1234 - you have to check the manual for this.
