Ok, I've done your Bluetooth guide over ICS and it works SmilegreatSmile between the 2 Windows XP SP2 PCs. Now, my other PC is Windows ME and I want it also to share it but when it got connected, a message, "Starting RAS failed" on the Windows ME computer appeared. What should I do? I'm using BlueSoleil

Hmmm. Welcome to Geekzone and I am glad the guides helped you there. As for Windows ME, well it's a different beast and I am not sure if it works exactly like the others - it should, but it appears it is a "forgotten" OS...

Hi,
I hope it can help for the above problem.

you go through the steps as follows:

Steps.
1.Start->my network places->properties.
2.New connection wizard(double click)..select next.or open New connection->
3.select 'connect to the network at my workplace'...click next->select Dial-up connection..
If dial-connection is disabled then Goto Step I else Step II.

Step I)type a command on run->"services.msc->enter

1.search for Telephony->right click->properties->select"Automatic/manual" in startup type list.

Step II)need not to set anything.

I thing  in your system the startup type is disabled.so we need to enable(by selecting Automatic/manual).

I hope for this reason only the "Starting RAS failed "error message you are getting on IVT application.
