I have bought a new labtop HP pavillion dv6000 with windows vista and when I plugged a bluetooth devise , it told me you can not continue and I asked about problem , they told me I must have a driver for windows vista to accept the device the model is ES-3881+
would you mind to give the driver

When you bought the Bluetooth device you should have received a CD with it. Install the software from the CD before you plug the device.

Yes, there is Cd in the package but while installing a window was appeared in the middle of screen under title ( warning ) it says :failed to add bluetooth audio device

I think there must be a driver for the windows vista
try to give it ti me pleassse
