I was all ready to sit the CCNA intro exam and then they put out the new ICND1 exam. has anyone taken the ICND1 exam yet? how different is it from the CCNA intro exam? there are no study guides or official material to be released till October, so I was wondering if I could just do the same study as if I were going to sit CCNA intro? Im not sure what to do next, lol.

Interesting, had not been aware CCNA had been updated.

The previous CCNA and CCNP exams had become severely devalued due to the level of online exam material available - I have come across people with CCNP's who quite obviously had not actually grasped any of the concepts and were as thick as two short planks.

I would suggest reading up on what additional material has been included in the examinations, from a brief look it would appear to cover IPv6 in more depth, wireless access technologies,VPN and security issues in more depth also. In short, unless you are reasonably well up with this material I would suggest you need to revisit your studies.
