I've installed IIS on my computer and I have a 3com 3CRWDR101A-75 router and have forwarded port 80 to my internal IP on my machine (which is not static yet) however when I type in my external ip address ie :http://203.160.119.219 I get  
 
 
 
The connection has timed out
 
     
 
The server at 203.160.119.219 is taking too long to respond.
 
    *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
     moments.
 
    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
     connection.
 
    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
     that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
