Hello

My wi-fi on my phone keeps drooping out on my home network.

(Spark router HG659b)

I can get back on line playing with the wifi on/off button on my Android it re connects it might stay up for a few minutes or hours then it disconnects..

I have been advised to change the channel on my router, not sure how to or if this is the right way to go ?

Thanks

Bernard

jonathan18:

I understand that sildenafil citrate may help with the drooping.

You could try this: go into Wi-Fi settings on your phone and tap on the three dots in the top right corner. Select Wi-Fi+ from the drop down menu and switch the option off. I'm picking your phone is switching between your wi-fi and the cellular network.

Changing channels is a thing, but start with the easiest things first. I was having the same problem as you and doing as I've suggested above fixed the problem for me. Given that you've said it could be a few minutes or a few hours before the drop-out occurred, wait at least a few hours before reporting back after making the change and connecting to your home network.

Do you only notice this on one device or many?

What are the lights doing when you see the issue?
How many devices do you connect to the modem? (list if wireless, wired or both.)

It's really on one device the others every now and again disconnect but not often.

Not sure of lights as not home now.

Connect 4 or 5 devices wireless depends who is home and one wited.
Thanks
